The controversial question “what to do with the medium fraction?” no longer exists. The G20 Mid-Ex’s specially developed middle section Ex-zone precisely divides into heavy and light grains. The middle fraction no longer exists.

The PETKUS G 20 Mid-Ex gravity separator is equipped with all the standard technology offered by the entire PETKUS G-series line. However, in the case of the G20 Mid-Ex, the last third of the table surface has been modified. The new section of the table is designed as a zigzag-shaped ribbed construction, which increases the lifting force and directs the airflow to more accurately sort heavy goods from light ones. PETKUS’ conventional gravity separators G 20 and G 40 can be easily modified and upgraded with the “Mid-Ex” table section. The new PETKUS G 20 Mid-Ex Gravity Separators can be controlled or technically supported from any location and via a tablet or smartphone via WiFi connection, thanks to the built-in PETKUS smart service function.
