The new stone separator will be particularly useful for crops such as pulses and also for fodder crops harvested close to the surface. The main objective is to efficiently and completely remove heavy materials such as stones or soil fragments from the incoming raw material. This is essential to ensure the further processing of food or feed quality cereals.

The raw material is fed to the vibrating table through an inlet in the middle of the table. The table is covered with a wire mesh to allow evenly distributed air circulation. As a result of the vibration of the table, the heavy material is directed to a higher discharge, while the light material is directed to a lower discharge. This allows for optimal separation of heavy materials such as stones, metals, glass and other heavy objects.
