The PETKUS CT continuous cleaning unit is suitable for all agricultural seeds where a high throughput rate of up to 25 t h is required. PETKUS continuous cleaning units can be used with most liquid cleaning agents. Up to four different liquids can be used simultaneously. All cleaning devices comply with the standards of the “Biologische Bundesanstalt” (Federal Biological Institute) and are tested and certified.

During product design, particular attention was paid to independent seed dosing and purity spraying. The seed is measured from the receiving hopper via a sector feeder by means of a volumetric metering device and directed into the spraying chamber. In the spraying chamber, the seeds are sprayed by means of a rotating liquid distributor disc which creates a uniform veil. This allows a constant and uniform coating to be achieved, even at high flow rates. In the final mixing chamber, the seeds are thoroughly and intensively, but at the same time gently, mixed by moving the mixing discs back and forth. A user-friendly touch panel makes it easy to operate the machine and controls the entire processing.
