The new OS f roeber optical grader allows small seeds to be cleaned to the highest quality standards where today’s conventional optical graders fail. The innovative material transport system is well synchronised with the newly developed ejection system. A high-resolution full-colour camera system, based on the latest high-tech optical components, detects small differences to ensure the cleanest seed lots.

Seeds smaller than 1 mm are transported from the feeder along a stainless steel channel to a specially designed conveyor belt system, at the end of which unwanted seeds and debris are detected and separated. Of course, the seeds to be sorted can also be larger than 1 mm. Due to the special feeding system, the seeds can be round or of any shape. This makes the grading system applicable to a huge range of products!
