The PETKUS M-sorter (Multi-sorter) is specifically designed for flexible and high quality use in the seed industry. It is used for the grading of cereals, hay and fine seeds, barley, soya beans, maize, oilseeds and pulses. The sorter can be used for pre-cleaning and intensive cleaning, but mainly for sorting seed grain. Proven performance. The counter-heavy feed sieve and motor-driven feed roller ensure a uniform seed flow without re-adjustment, even with poorly flowing grain. The upper sieve layer is used for the separation of large impurities and the second sieve layer can be used for the separation of coarse-grained or light impurities, according to the coarse-cleaning method. The four sieve layers in the aluminium sieve tray can be used for the separation of large and fine impurities or for product calibration. Excellent cleaning results are achieved thanks to the different sieve layers and the patented PETKUS two-channel aspiration system. The closed, bolted and painted steel construction ensures a long service life.
