Baltik Agro Service O\u00dc<\/strong> (edaspidi \"BAS\") annab oma m\u00fc\u00fcdavatele\/remonditavatele seadmetele garantii v\u00f5imalike konstruktsiooni-, tootmis- ja materjalivigade suhtes.<\/p>

P\u00e4rast garantiiperioodi l\u00f5ppu ei ole garantiiperioodi jooksul esitatud puudusest teatamise n\u00f5ue kehtiv, v\u00e4lja arvatud juhul, kui see on esitatud kirjalikult.<\/p>

Uute seadmete garantiiaeg on kaks (2) aastat alates seadme \u00fcleandmisest ostjale.<\/p>

Renoveeritud\/remonditud seadmete garantiiaeg on \u00fcks (1) aasta alates seadmete \u00fcleandmisest ostjale.<\/p>

Garantii kehtib m\u00fc\u00fcdud\/parandatud seadme esimesele ostjale\/kasutajale.
The client ordering warranty repair must prove the validity of the equipment\u2019s warranty period.<\/p>

GARANTII H\u00d5LMAB<\/strong>:<\/p>

Garantii katab kulud, mis tekivad BASi poolt garantiiperioodi jooksul tuvastatud seadmete konstruktsiooni-, tootmis- ja materjalivigade parandamiseks. BAS parandab eespool nimetatud defektid, taastades seadme t\u00f6\u00f6korras oleku. Garantii alusel asendatud osad ja komponendid kuuluvad m\u00fc\u00fcjale ja tuleb tagastada.<\/p>

GARANTIIT\u00d6\u00d6DE TEOSTAMINE<\/strong>:<\/p>

Permanently installed equipment will be repaired at the client\u2019s location on working days between 8:00 and 16:30, but by special arrangement, outside of normal working hours at the client\u2019s request. If the client requests that the warranty repair be carried out outside of normal working hours, they will compensate for the resulting additional costs. When a technician arrives on-site for an equipment inspection, free access to the equipment must be prepared for the technician.<\/p>

VASTUTUSE JA GARANTII PIIRANGUD:<\/strong><\/p>

This warranty is valid on the condition that the equipment has been used in what are considered normal conditions and that the operating instructions have been carefully followed. If the aforementioned conditions are met, BAS is responsible. The warranty does not compensate for losses that a defect in the equipment may cause, including property damage, personal injury, and damage to other objects, loss of income, and other indirect damages. Warranty repair does not include the regular maintenance of the equipment and does not cover expenses arising from the failure to comply with the equipment\u2019s use and maintenance regulations.<\/p>

GARANTII EI H\u00d5LMA DEFEKTE, MIS ON TEKKINUD:<\/strong><\/p>

Ebakorrektne transport, seadme mittevastav t\u00f5stmine v\u00f5i teisaldamine ning seadme paigaldamise eeskirjade eiramine (v\u00e4lja arvatud juhul, kui seda teeb BAS). Seadme kasutaja hooletus v\u00f5i seadme \u00fclekoormamine v\u00f5i kasutusjuhendite v\u00f5i k\u00e4itlemistingimuste eiramine. Seadme kasutamine muul kui etten\u00e4htud eesm\u00e4rgil. BASist s\u00f5ltumatud tingimused, nagu pingek\u00f5ikumised, tulekahju, valed \u00fchendused, omavoliliste teenindusettev\u00f5tete poolt teostatud remondi- v\u00f5i hooldust\u00f6\u00f6dest p\u00f5hjustatud kahjustused v\u00f5i seadme konstruktsioonilised muudatused. Paigaldamine v\u00f5i paigutamine kasutuskohas, mis ei vasta paigaldus- ja kasutusjuhendile v\u00f5i on muul viisil ebakorrektne. Kasutaja poolt mittevastavad k\u00e4itlemistingimused (n\u00e4iteks miinustemperatuurid).<\/p>

V\u00c4IKSEMAD DEFEKTID, SEADISTUSED, KASUTUSJUHENDID JA SEADME LISASEADMED:<\/strong><\/p>

Garantii ei h\u00f5lma seadme toimimise seisukohalt ebaoluliste pinnakriimustuste parandamist, standardses kasutusjuhendis mainitud seadistusi, kasutaja kohapealset koolitust ega t\u00f6\u00f6d, mis tulenevad ettevaatus- v\u00f5i paigaldusreeglite eiramisest v\u00f5i nende selgitamisest paigalduskohas. Garantii ei h\u00f5lma osi, mis v\u00f5ivad puruneda tavap\u00e4rase kasutamise v\u00f5i loomuliku kulumise t\u00f5ttu, nt hoiatustuled, liikuvad plastosad ja tihendid.<\/p>

MEETMED, MIDA TULEB V\u00d5TTA DEFEKTI KORRAL:<\/strong><\/p>

Defekti ilmnemisel garantiiaja jooksul peab klient sellest viivitamatult teavitama Baltik Agro Service O\u00dc-d. Defektist teatamisel peab klient m\u00e4rkima, millise seadmega on tegemist (mark, mudel), kirjeldama v\u00f5imalikult t\u00e4pselt defekti olemust ja tingimusi, milles defekt esineb ja\/v\u00f5i esineb.
