Chain conveyors
PETKUS offers modular chain conveyors for seed and grain storage, milling and mixed feed production. Durability is ensured by hot-dip galvanised sheet steel and alloyed chains. The speed of the most common cereal grades ranges from 0.5 to 0.65 m/s and the possible capacities are 50 to 400 t/h with a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³.
Features
- A folded and bolted construction of galvanized Z450 sheet steel with a capacity of 50-400 t/h and a weight of 0.75 t/m³ is possible for most common grain types at a speed of 0.5-0.65 m/s.
- Flexible arrangement of inlet and outlet openings
- Long transport distances up to 70 m
- Modular ducts with lengths of 500 mm, 1000 mm, 2000 mm and 3000 mm.
- High-strength chain made of high tensile steel and hardened bolts and bushes for high durability.
- High breaking load
- Chain sidewalls with PE-UHMW removable plates
- PE-UHMW guide rails make it quieter and less wearing during operation
- Drive shaft with rotation control
- Last outlet equipped with overflow valve and sensor
