PETKUS buffer silos are small and incredibly practical for everyday charging, discharging or recharging. Grain or free-flowing products can be stored for short periods for buffering, mixing or dosing. Due to the modular design of the galvanised square tanks, different heights and capacities are possible. The rectangular tanks consist of individual elements with a length of 2000 mm, 2500 mm or 3000 mm. The maximum height is 6 m (10 individual elements). Each container is equipped with a bolted outlet cone, which is fixed at the corresponding height to the support legs. The discharge cones of the buffer tank are inclined at 45° or 60°, depending on the flow characteristics of the product. The buffer tank can be used as a loading tank for trucks or wagons.
