Profile wall silos provide a stable, economical way to build high-capacity storage where space is limited. The modular concept allows cells to be arranged in rows or blocks, indoors or outdoors, and scaled in height and volume to match the site. Corrugated profile walls and countersunk fasteners minimise product adhesion, while rounded outlet hoppers maintain continuous flow. Depending on size, cells can be built without internal struts for simple layouts, or with internal struts for very large volumes. Hot-dip galvanised wall elements deliver strong corrosion protection; stainless steel is available for demanding applications. Integrated options—machinery house, gentle conveyor technology, and level and access equipment—create a complete, low-maintenance solution. With efficient use of floor space, total storage can increase by around 25% compared with round silos of similar footprint.
