PETKUS S-Series — the new benchmark for intelligent seed cleaning

The S-Series brings together PETKUS’ proven mechanical reliability with a new Airmax aspiration concept and smart automation to raise both product quality and day-to-day usability. After sieving, grains are deliberately stratified as on a gravity separator; the Airmax 3-channel aspiration then draws off light impurities first, followed by broken/half kernels and grains with lower specific weight, preserving the good product stream. The result is cleaner lots, gentler handling, and a separation rate up to 25% higher while maintaining consistent throughput.

Changeovers are designed to be fast and safe. Wide, gas-spring doors give clear access; screen tension can be released electrically at the push of a button (option), and segmented screens roll out on guides for effortless removal and cleaning. Intelligent control with integrated sensors and cameras simplifies setup, enables reproducible recipe management, and lets operators run and supervise the process via a responsive touchscreen or remotely.
