Baltik Agro Service OÜ (hereinafter BAS) provides a warranty for possible construction, production and material defects in the equipment it sells / repairs. After the end of the warranty period, the reference to reporting a defect during the warranty period is not valid unless made in writing.
The warranty period for new equipment is two (2) years from the delivery of the equipment to the purchaser.
The warranty period for renovated / repaired equipment is one (1) year from the delivery of the equipment to the buyer.
The warranty applies to the first purchaser / user of the equipment sold / repaired.
The customer ordering the warranty repair must prove the validity of the warranty period of the device.
THE WARRANTY COVERES.
The warranty covers the cost of repairing construction, manufacturing and material defects in equipment identified by BAS during the warranty period. The above errors are corrected by BAS, which restarts the device. Parts and parts replaced under warranty are the property of the seller and are subject to return.
PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY WORK.
The equipment attached to the place will be repaired at the customer’s working days at 8.00 – 16.30, but exceptionally outside the normal working hours according to the customer’s wishes. If the customer wishes to carry out warranty repairs outside normal business hours, he will reimburse the resulting additional costs. In the case of an examination of the equipment, the technician must have free access to the equipment on arrival.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY.
This warranty is valid provided that the device is used in conditions that are considered normal
and that the instructions for use have been followed carefully. If the above conditions are met, BAS is responsible. The warranty does not cover losses that may be caused by a defect in the device, including damage to property, personal injury and other property, loss of income and other consequential damages. The warranty repair does not include the regular maintenance of the equipment and does not cover the costs arising from non-compliance with the rules of use and maintenance of the equipment.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY:
Improper transport, improper lifting or handling of equipment and
non-compliance with the installation rules of the equipment (unless carried out by BAS).
Due to negligence of the user of the device or overloading of the device, non-observance of the operating instructions or operating conditions.
Use of the device for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
BAS-independent conditions, such as voltage fluctuations, fire, incorrect connections, repairs, maintenance, or modifications to the equipment by unauthorized service companies.
Improper installation or location of the device that does not comply with the installation and operating instructions or is otherwise incorrect.
Improper handling of user equipment (such as minus temperature).
SMALL WATCHES, ADJUSTMENTS, OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND EQUIPMENT ACCESSORIES.
The warranty does not cover the repair of surface scratches that are not important to the operation of the device, the adjustments mentioned in the normal operating instructions for the device, on-site operating instructions, or work resulting from non-observance or explanation of precautions or installation at the installation site. Parts that are normal to break due to use or natural wear, such as warning lights, movable plastic parts, seals, are not covered by the warranty.
ACTION TO BE TAKEN IN THE EVENT OF AN ERROR.
If an error occurs during the warranty period, the customer must immediately notify Baltik Agro Service OÜ.
When reporting an error, state the type of device (make, model) and describe as precisely as possible the nature of the error and the conditions under which it occurs and / or the circumstances in which it occurs. BAS, for its part, will determine whether the device and the described defect are covered by the warranty and will provide the customer with information on the method and time of repair.
